What is the difference between TR800 and TR8002U?
Both have the 5" touch screen. TR800 is a compact desktop (1–8 lines, 16G SD card) for desks and small offices. TR8002U is a 2U rackmount enterprise unit (8–64 lines, 1TB HDD) for server rooms. Choose TR800 for desk use, TR8002U for rack infrastructure.
What does the 5" touch screen do?
Record, browse and play back recordings, search by date and time, monitor live calls, configure network settings, manage storage, and run diagnostics — all without a PC. Icons: Record, Search, Monitor, Status, Setting, Network, Tools, Info.
How many phone lines can the TR800 record?
Available in four models: 1-line (TR8101TSD), 2-line (TR8102TSD), 4-line (TR8104TSD), and 8-line (TR8108TSD). All lines record simultaneously, each saved as a separate timestamped file.
How many hours does the 16G SD card store?
1-Ch: ~550 hrs · 2-Ch: ~275 hrs/line · 4-Ch: ~137 hrs/line · 8-Ch: ~69 hrs/line. Loop recording ensures no call is ever missed when storage fills up.
What is Voice Announcement?
Set a custom audio greeting that plays to callers when they connect. The answering machine records incoming calls when unanswered — ideal for reception desks and customer service.

Yes. The TR800 has a built-in LAN port. Connect to your network to access, search, and play back recordings from any PC via the free RecorderMax software.
