RecorderMax USB telephone call recorders connect your PTCL or PABX lines directly to a Windows PC, turning any office workstation into a multi-channel call recording and management station. The Tansonic T5U4 records up to 4 telephone lines simultaneously, storing all conversations as timestamped WAV files on your PC hard drive — with storage limited only by available disk space, at approximately 30MB per hour per channel.
Three trigger modes give precise control over what gets recorded: voltage detection starts automatically the instant a handset is lifted; sound-activated mode captures calls based on audio level threshold; and key-press mode lets agents initiate recording manually for selective documentation. Caller ID pop-up notifications display the incoming number on screen before you answer — and if linked to your contact database, they surface the caller's name, company, and complete call history in the same window.
The bundled RecorderMax PC software is built for call centre and BPO environments: department management organises agents into separate recording pools; live LAN monitoring lets supervisors listen to active calls from any networked PC; FTP auto-upload pushes recordings from branch offices to a central server on a schedule; and a full SQL database powers deep search, audit reporting, and CRM integration.
