What is Voice Announcement?
Set a custom audio greeting that plays to callers when they connect. The Answering Machine records incoming calls when unanswered — ideal for call centers and customer service lines.
Can multiple users access the system?
Yes. Full CMS multi-user login with permission management. Supervisors see all channels; agents can be restricted to their own calls. All access is password-protected via LAN or WAN.
