Warranty & Returns Policy
- Manufacturing defects from the date of purchase are covered. Physical damage, abuse, alteration, or misuse is not covered.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The warranty period begins the day you receive your product.
- You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not offer paid repairs. If your return is defective, we will replace it with the same or comparable model.
- If your item is found to be in perfect working condition, we will ship it back to you.
- Memory Cards, Power Adaptor & Accessories are not covered under warranty.
- Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
