• Delivery time is 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city.
• Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next working day.

• Final shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Advance Payment Policy
Some devices are expensive or require professional installation. These products need an advance payment before dispatch.
• Advance payment options include bank transfer, credit card, or online payment.
• Your order is confirmed only after advance payment is received.
• You will receive a confirmation message once your payment is verified.
Installation Services
We provide installation services for selected devices that require professional setup.
• Karachi: Installation by our technician is available on request.
• Other major cities: Installation can be arranged depending on technician availability.
• Installation fees apply and will be shared before confirming your order.
Delivery with Installation
If installation is required:
• Our team will contact you to schedule a visit.
• The device will be delivered by the technician or shipped to your address before installation.
• You must ensure someone is available at the location during the appointment.
Failed Delivery
If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by Email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete:
