At RecorderMax our goal is to create satisfied customers. We strive to offer the best products and services to our customers. To ensure 100% satisfaction we provide a 30-day return policy.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

• Our warranty covers any manufacture-related defects.
• Any physical damage, abuse, alteration, or misuse is not covered under the warranty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Memory Cards
• Power Adaptor
• Additional Accessories, which were provided in Package.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

WARRANTY RETURN GUIDELINES

• The Warranty period begins the day you receive your product.
• You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We do not offer paid repairs. If your return is found to be defective, we will replace the with the same or comparable model if the item is no longer available.
• If your item is found to be in perfect working condition we will ship the item back to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
